Coastal marine structure consents
Coastal structures such as moorings, boatsheds, wharves, jetties, and ramps require resource consent under Section 12 of the Resource Management Act.
To apply for a resource consent you will need these two forms.

Navigation safety bylaws - Otago Harbour and Karitane Harbour
These bylaws are made to assist navigation safety in harbours under the jurisdiction of the Otago Regional Council. In relation to Otago Harbour they are to be read in conjunction with Part 90 of the Maritime Act dealing with pilots and pilotage.
