Plan Change 2 (National Environmental Standards)

The Otago Regional Council has approved Plan Change 2 (National Environmental Standards) and resolved to make the change operative from Thursday 1 January 2009.
This plan change is intended to achieve the ambient air quality standards for fine particulate matter, as set by the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards Relating to Certain Air Pollutants, Dioxins and Other Toxics) Regulations 2004.
