Notice of Decisions on Proposed Plan Change 3A (Minimum Flow for Taieri River at Tiroiti)
The Otago Regional Council has made decisions on submissions on Proposed Plan Change 3A (Minimum Flow for Taieri River at Tiroiti) to the Regional Plan: Water. The plan change proposes to establish an additional minimum flow and monitoring site for the Taieri River at the existing Tiroiti flow recorder.

The sole alteration from the plan change as notified is the proposed minimum flow of 1150 l/s has now been determined to be 1100 l/s.

- Hasborough Place, Balclutha.
- All public libraries throughout the Otago Region.

Right to appeal to the Environment Court:
Under clause 14 of Schedule 1, Resource Management Act 1991, those who submitted on the proposal may appeal the Council decision to the Environment Court within 30 working days of notice of decision being served. Any such appeal must be in the prescribed form, and a copy of the notice must be sent to the Council in the manner prescribed by the Resource Management Act 1991.
