Request for Tender - Passenger Transport Services

The Otago Regional Council invites tenders for the following bus service contracts:
- City Routes Weekdays #2 RFT 2011/1 which is the Monday to Friday weekday services on the Opoho/Shiel Hill and Pine Hill/Lookout Point through-routes.
- Concord/Kaikorai Valley/University RFT 2011/2 which is the Monday to Friday weekday services on the route between Concord and the tertiary campus via Kaikorai Valley.
The contract for these services commences on 1 July 2011.
A pre-tender meeting will not be held unless requested by a prospective tenderer, or circumstances warrant the Council convening such a meeting. Provision has been made for a pre-tender meeting (if requested) on either 11 or 12 January 2011. Prospective tenderers will be notified of date, time and venue of any such meeting.
Tender documents will be available from the address below from Monday 20 December 2010.
