Please note: The Environment Court has ruled that, following a 5 year transition period, a minimum flow of 550 l/s at Ardgour Road will apply to any consented water takes from the Lindis River catchment. The 5 year transition period starts from the commencement of any new consents replacing the deemed permits in the Lindis catchment. (Deemed permits expired on 1 October 2021.)
