We’re on Level 1 of Alta House at 1092 Frankton Road, Frankton Junction.

The office is open from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

We’re closed on public holidays.

Yes. Outside the front of Alta House there is mobility parking. There is a ramp from the pavement to the ground floor, and then an elevator from the ground floor to the first floor where the office is located.

  • Purchase and top-up public transport GoCards.

    • Copies of publications and reports.

This office is cashless, so all payments must be made by eftpos or credit card.

There are lots of customer parking spaces available at Terrace Junction with free parking for 60 minutes or 120 minutes.
