Regional Public Transport Plan 2014

This Plan describes how ORC approaches its public transport function in Otago. The plan lists the public transport services that ORC is providing, or intends to provide, in the integrated public transport networks operating in Dunedin and the Wakatipu Basin. The plan also states the public passenger transport services that ORC, on behalf of the people of Otago, would like to see provided by taxis, shuttles, private hire vehicles, trains and by inter-regional or intra-regional coaches. This includes the taxi-based Total Mobility Scheme through which ORC helps those unable to use public transport because of disability.

ORC prepared this plan with community input. We are currently drafting a new plan in 2021.
