Increased Frequency for No. 19 Bus

Valid from Monday, Mar 25, 2019 11:40 AM

From Monday (25 March) when the No.19 Waverley – City – Belleknowes bus starts using the new Bus Hub, it will also increase in frequency.

From Monday (25 March) when the No.19 Waverley – City – Belleknowes bus starts using the new Bus Hub, it will also increase in frequency.
Between 6.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday it will run every half hour, instead of every hour, in both directions. It will continue to run hourly at other times.
Also, if you live in Belleknowes, don’t be surprised to see the bus running in the opposite direction around Napier, Beaumont and Rosebery Streets to what it has for the last few years. We’re going back to the pre-2016 route and will again be able to use sheltered bus stops on that side of the street.
The bus from the city will now finish its run, and start its next run back to the city, at the Bus Stop outside 47 Rosebery Street, just across the road from the corner with Ashley Street.
