From 16 September to 21 September 2026, ticketing and tracking equipment is being transferred from a few old diesel buses to the new EV fleet as part of the upcoming route change. During this period, passengers may notice that real-time bus information is gradually becoming unavailable on some services. This includes: - Live bus locations on the Transit app - Live tracking on the ORBUS website (Journey Planner) - Real-time information displayed on electronic bus stop signs and the bus hub. From 22 September 2026, real-time tracking will no longer be available on a few routes affected by this equipment transfer, including: Routes 1, 14, 18, 37, 39, 63, 95 and 96. Scheduled timetable information will continue to be available through the E-stops, ORBUS website and Transit app. Passengers should refer to the scheduled timetable when planning their journey during this period. Real-time tracking will return to normal as the ticketing and tracking equipment is installed and activated on the new EV Fleet from 1st October.
