   1. Large-scale environmental funding
      To update council on the process to develop the framework for the fund and seek feedback on the draft principles and delivery models, in advance of the final report in May 2025.
   2. Waitaki update
      To update council on progress regarding integrated catchment management and request approval to collaborate with Environment Canterbury (ECan) on a section 35 assessment.
   3. ORC membership representation review – determination outcome
      To formally receive the Local Government Commission’s determination on the 2025 representation review.
