To access this information, you’ll require a RealMe® login. Once you’ve completed your registration, we’ll confirm you’re registered as a New Zealand solicitor or conveyancer and approve your login request. We aim to complete this within two business days.

The position below is the rates for the 2025-26 rating year and any current outstanding balance.
Otago Regional Council has changed our rating system and the direct debit position below does not reflect the current direct debit position. If there is an outstanding rates balances please contact us via email rates.queries@orc.govt.nz to check if there is a direct debit in place that may adjust the outstanding balance before settlement.
All other balances and information are correct and upto date.
