Learn about practical, effective ways to identify, control and manage gorse and broom at this free community workshop hosted by ORC's biosecurity team.

Join the Otago Regional Council (ORC) for a community workshop and get the practical know-how in managing gorse and broom.

These pest plants can form thick groups of bushes, outcompete native vegetation, prevent stock from grazing and are generally seen as an economic and environmental threat.

Hosted by the ORC biosecurity team, this workshop is open to everyone who would like to come along and learn more about effective gorse and broom management.
