Rates are invoice in September 2026 and due on the 31 October 2026.

The position below is the outstanding balance and the estimated rates for the 2026-27 rating year and any current outstanding balance.
If you are a doing a sale that will settle after 1 September, you need to either pay the rates outstanding in full on the settlement date or organise with the purchaser to pay these rates by 31 October. ORC will not be sending out new invoices after 1 September to new purchasers.
