Regional Services poison warning - Queensbury Ridges

Public Notice - 17 February 2015

Regional Services will be carrying out a poison operation on land at Queensbury Ridges. Oat bait containing 1080 will be applied by quad bike.

There will be one toxic application starting between Monday 23 February and Friday 6 March 2015 (dependent on weather conditions).

Warning signs will be erected at all public access points to the treated area.

The public should note the following points:

DO NOT allow your dog to scavenge on any carcasses
DO NOT handle or remove any carcasses or baits.
DO NOT allow children to wander unsupervised in this area.
DO NOT allow dogs to wander unsupervised.

Signs will remain in place until the area is safe. Please treat the area with caution until then.
