The Otago Regional Council (ORC) has concluded public consultation on the proposed amendments to the Otago Navigation Safety Bylaw 2019 and the proposed Transfer of Maritime Responsibilities for all the waters of the Clutha River and tributaries that form Lake Dunstan from Central Otago District Council (CODC) to Otago Regional Council (ORC).
A hearing panel will now consider submissions received for the proposals. Hearings will run from 1pm – 2pm on Wednesday 1 July 2020. You can view this live at www.orc.govt.nz/livestream.
