The Otago Regional Council received applications from Peter Ronald Graham for resource consents to operate a golf hole in one challenge with the Otago Harbour. The activity includes the placement of a floating pontoon 95 metres offshore and the striking of golf balls from a tee off area within the car park directly south of the Vauxhall Yacht Club, into a 1.06ha area of Otago Harbour.
