The application was publicly notified in accordance with Section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991 on 30 September 2017. In total 25 submissions were received in relation to this application.

A hearing was held on Monday the 19 February 2018 at the Edinburgh Room of the Dunedin City Council Municipal Chambers.
