7.1 JOINT FUTURE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY WITH DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL

The report informs the Committee of the requirement to develop a Future Development Strategy (FDS), and seeks approval of an interim governance structure to work in partnership with Dunedin City Council (DCC) to deliver the FDS for Dunedin.
