Councillors-elect will take the declaration as required by Schedule 7, Clause 14 of the Local Government Act 2002.
The report is provided to inform the Councillors of the two voting options for the election of the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson, as defined by Schedule 7, Section 25 of the Local Government Act 2002. Once the voting procedures have been determined, the Chief Executive will then call for nominations for Chairperson.
