Help shape the future of the Inland Mata-Au/Clutha environment. Join us 11 May to learn more.

We’re bringing together people from across the catchment — along with mana whenua and agencies — to develop a practical, non-regulatory plan for our environment.

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most and which actions will make the greatest difference. Join us to hear more, ask questions and find out how you can be involved.

Attend in person:

Monday 11 May 2026
3:30–4:30pm

Alexandra Community House,
14/20 Centennial Avenue,
Alexandra

At this session you will:

  • Learn what the catchment action plan is and how it works
  • Understand how you can be involved
  • Find out how to submit an Expression of Interest

From the Nevis and Lindis to Dunstan, from the Ida Valley and Manuherikia through Alexandra to Roxburgh and Millers Flat — it’s a large, connected landscape, and a collective approach will make a real difference.

If you are unable to make this session, we will also be holding a Zoom session online later in the week:

Monday 11 May

The ORC is establishing an Inland Mata-Au/Clutha Integrated Catchment Group to help co-develop the Catchment Action Plan (CAP), focused on protecting and enhancing ecosystems across the whole area - from the mountains to the sea (ki uta ki tai).

If you’re connected to the catchment and want to be involved, we encourage you to submit an expression of interest.
