The proposed Otago Regional Policy Statement 2021 becomes operative on 9 July 2026.

From 9 July 2026 the Otago Regional Policy Statement 2019 ceases to be operative.

The Otago Regional Policy Statement 2021 will be available at orc.govt.nz/ORPS2021 and at Council offices and public libraries throughout Otago.

Notified in accordance with Clause 20(2) of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991.
