On this webpage you will find a table of appeals received to the High Court against the decision of the ORC on the freshwater planning instrument parts of the proposed Otago Regional Policy Statement 2021 (pORPS 2021).
High Court mediation occurred during August 2024. All appeals were resolved during mediation and the High Court issued consent orders based on mediation agreements, which formally amended the pORPS 2021.
A table identifying all freshwater provisions under appeal, together with the relevant appellants and section 301 parties, has been created.
