The decisions process is two-fold.
The Hearing Panel must be sure that the proposal for a new Pest Plan has answered the points raised in both written and verbal submissions. Once the Hearing Panel is confident that this is the case, they will approve the writing of the new Pest Plan.
Once the new Pest Plan has been written, it will be presented to Council. Council will need to decide that they are satisfied that the contents of the new Pest Plan. If so, they will approve the Pest Plan, and that new plan will be publicly notified.
We expect the Decision process to commence in early-2028.
We will add relevant information to this space, as it becomes available.
