Community Science Day

Sunday 19 May 11.00am–4.00pm

Wetlands Road near the ORC Reserve, Goodwood, North of Waikouaiti

Activities:

Learn what is in our local streams and rivers.

Find out about your local birds and join the experts on a walk 1-2pm.

Watch a possum and mustelid trapping demonstration.

Hear what has been achieved in the Toitū Te Hakapupu project.

Snacks provided:

There’ll be a BBQ onsite, and Cup & Cone will be serving real fruit ice cream, smoothies and hot drinks.

Parking:

Around 10 spaces will be available at the end of Wetlands Road otherwise please parallel park along Wetlands Road.
