Toitū Te Hakapupu project partners Kāti Huirapa ki Rūnaka Puketeraki and Otago Regional Council, along with collaborators East Otago Catchment Group and the Pleasant River Community, have engaged Otago Catchment Community to facilitate a Succession Plan through two workshops to ensure the ongoing success of our mahi.
Session One: Tuesday, 8 April, 4.00pm–7.30pm

Over the course of this project, some incredible milestones have been achieved:
It is now up to us all to build on those successes as the project winds up on 30 June 2025, and collectively work toward our vision:
“Healthy wai — healthy whenua — healthy tangata / A flourishing catchment and community”
To plan for this vision, we must do so together.
Workshop Details:
In Session One, we will reflect on what has been accomplished and generate ideas to continue the project’s legacy.
In Session Two, we will refine these ideas into a clear, community-driven succession plan with achievable actions. It is beneficial to attend both sessions.
We will use a facilitated collaborative process to ensure all voices are heard and respected.
