Can I get my rates emailed to me?

Prefer your rates to be sent by email? No problem.

Applications to receive your rates invoice via email have closed for this year, but if you’d like to set this up for next year, we’d like to hear from you.

Many people prefer to receive their rates bills electronically. If you’d like to receive your rates by email, or you need to change your email details, please complete an ORC rates email application form. This form must be signed by all property owners.

If you are the sole owner of the property you can apply to have your rates emailed to you via our property search. If you own your property with one or more people, you will need to download this form and fill it out.

If you are completing a printed form please return to our rates team either by a scanned copy attached to an email to rates.queries@orc.govt.nz, or post at Otago Regional Council, Private Bag 1954, Dunedin 9054

Note: We are not able to email rates accounts without the email application form being completed.
